Only a 10-minute walk from the main Como San Giovanni train station, the hotel is located in the central Piazza Cavour. Boats and hydrofoils depart and arrive from the docks on the Piazza Cavour every day, making the hotel the perfect place to stay in Como to explore popular destinations like Cernobbio, Menaggio, Bellagio and Tremezzo, as well as simply admiring the scenery of Lake Como.

The Hotel Barchetta Excelsior is in a Restricted Traffic Zone. Access is allowed from Piazza Roma - through Via Pretorio and Via Rodari - or from the lakefront, passing along Via Cairoli and Via Fontana. To avoid traffic fines, we ask you to communicate the model and license plate of your car to the Reception on your arrival.
